Fladgate LLP has advised leading B2B gaming platform Playzido on its successful EIS-qualifying equity fundraising round involving 11 new investors and on related arrangements with its founding shareholders Endemol Shine Group, Black Cow Technology and Carmichael Holdings.
Playzido operates an open B2B platform in the online gaming sector, and supplies a remote gaming server to betting and social gaming operators. In addition to providing a portfolio of entertaining games from some of the most exciting game developers, Playzido also delivers a selection of innovative marketing features, empowering operators to market to their customers in new and engaging ways.
